When is it okay to use it?
Only when you feel you are in real danger and cannot get away safely. The goal is to create distance, not to fight.
- Use it to make space, then move away and get to a safe place.
- Call for help as soon as you can. In South Africa, dial 10111 for the police, or 112 from a cell phone.
- Never use it on someone who is not a threat to you. Misusing it can be a crime.

Carry it wisely.

- Rules differ between venues, events, public transport and aircraft. Check them before you carry it there.
- These tools give you time and space to get away. They do not replace awareness, trusted company or emergency services.
- Keep both out of reach of children, and away from heat, such as a parked car in summer.
- Pepper spray has an expiry date. Check the canister and replace it when it is due.

Who can buy a Safety Kit?
You must be 18 or older. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for lawful self-defence.
Where can I carry it?
You are responsible for knowing the rules of the places you go. Many venues, events, airports and public transport services do not allow these items. When in doubt, leave it at home or in the car and ask the venue first.
How many times can I use the pepper spray?
Small canisters give several short bursts. The exact number depends on how long you press, so keep each burst to about a second, create space, then leave. Test it outdoors once every six months so you know how it feels.
How do I keep the stun gun charged?
Charge it fully when it arrives, then top it up on the first of every month. It comes with a mains charging cable. The LED torch also drains the battery, so switch it off after use.
How does the free lipstick pepper spray work?
Every Safety Kit includes one. Choose a colour when you order. Order 2 kits and the third comes free, with its own lipstick pepper spray.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. You will get a tracking link by email. We deliver to a physical address in South Africa, and not to PO boxes.
What if something arrives faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
